A ridiculous amount of time goes into every Cirela formula. If you don’t love how your skin looks and feels, you can request a hassle-free refund by following the simple steps below.

Our guarantee is per customer per product, and within 30 days of that product's order delivery. Shipping for returns is the customer’s responsibility. Individual results will vary.

1. Cirela Collagen Infusion Mask

How to qualify for the guarantee

  1. Before photo – Before applying your first mask, take a clear photo of your face in good lighting with the current time visible (phone lock screen or watch is fine).
  2. During photos – While wearing the mask, take a quick photo at 30 minutes and again at 60 minutes so we can see the fit and usage.
  3. After photo or short video – When you remove the mask, take either: (1) a short video of yourself removing it, or (2) a clear “after” photo taken within 5 minutes of removal, again with the time visible.

If after your first full treatment your skin doesn’t look more hydrated, fresh and glowy, you can request a full refund of the mask set. We’ll just ask you to ship back any remaining unopened masks.

2. Cirela Pink PDRN Capsule Cream

This is a progressive treatment, so the guarantee is based on consistent use rather than a single application.

How to qualify for the guarantee

  1. Day 0 – baseline photo. Before your very first use, take a clear, makeup-free photo of your face in good lighting with the time/date visible.
  2. Use routine. Apply the cream once or twice daily (AM/PM) as directed for 14 consecutive days.
  3. Day 14 – after photo. On day 14, before applying your skincare, take another makeup-free photo in the same lighting and angle with the time/date visible.

If after 14 days of consistent use you don’t feel your skin looks more bouncy, hydrated and refined, you can request a full refund of the cream and return the remaining product (bottle at least half full).

3. Cirela Peptide Lift Serum

Peptides need a bit of time, so we frame this as a 28-day results window.

How to qualify for the guarantee

  1. Day 0 – baseline photo. Before your first application, take a clear, makeup-free photo focusing on your main concern areas (forehead, eye area, smile lines, etc.) with the time/date visible.
  2. Day 1 - Day 28 - use routinely. Apply the serum once or twice daily as directed for 28 consecutive days, layered under your usual moisturizer/SPF.
  3. Day 28 – after photo. On day 28, take another makeup-free photo in the same lighting and angle with the time/date visible.

If after 28 days you don’t see smoother-looking skin and an improvement in overall radiance, you can request a full refund and return the bottle (at least half full).

How to request your refund

  1. Email our support team with:
    • The relevant before/after photos (and mask video if you have it)
    • A short note on why you weren’t satisfied
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the remaining product, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your refund.
