We want you to love it.

A lot goes into every Cirela formula: the texture, the finish, the feel on skin, and the way your skin looks after using it.

But skincare is personal. If you try Cirela and do not love it, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

No complicated photos. No awkward videos. No over-explaining.

Our guarantee applies once per customer, per product, within 60 days of that product’s delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but Cirela orders are lightweight, so return shipping is usually modest. We do not charge restocking fees, processing fees, or hidden return fees. Individual results will vary.

Product Guarantee Details

1. Cirela Glow Collagen Face Mask

Try your first mask as directed.

If you do not love how your skin looks and feels after your first full treatment, email us within 60 days of delivery.

For multi-mask orders, the opened mask is covered by the guarantee. Any remaining masks must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Cirela PDRN Collagen Capsule Cream

Use the cream as directed.

If you do not love how your skin looks and feels, email us within 60 days of delivery.

The opened cream is covered by the guarantee. We may ask you to ship the item back with at least half of the product remaining before your refund is processed.

3. Cirela PDRN Pink Peptide Serum

Use the serum as directed.

If you do not love how your skin looks and feels, email us within 60 days of delivery.

The opened serum is covered by the guarantee. We may ask you to ship the item back with at least half of the product remaining before your refund is processed.

Irritation or Unexpected Skin Response

If your skin feels irritated or reacts unexpectedly, stop using the product and email us within 60 days of delivery. This is covered by the same 60-day Glow Guarantee.

PS: If you want to include a photo or a short note about what happened, it can help our team better understand the issue, but it is not required to start your return.

Return Conditions

Except for the one item opened to evaluate, all returned items must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in the same condition you received them.

Returned items should include the original packaging, inserts, seals, and proof of purchase.

For opened serum or cream returns, we may ask you to send the product back with at least half of the product remaining. For mask orders, any remaining masks must be unopened and unused.

We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected misuse, excessive return activity, or policy abuse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where required. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain sealed goods may not be eligible for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons, where permitted by applicable law.

Once we receive and inspect the return, please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed.
